Structured, parent-focused guidance for families navigating IEPs, anxiety and panic patterns, OAP pathways, and complex school systems across Ontario — with clarity and direction.
Navigating ASD and anxiety can feel layered. There are school meetings, documentation, funding pathways, emotional stress, and often long waitlists for formal supports.
You're trying to make the right decisions while holding everything together. My role is to help you slow it down, organize what's happening, identify patterns, and move forward strategically.
This is consultative parent support — not therapy or diagnosis — grounded in lived experience and formal training in behaviour support.
Across Ontario, waitlists for assessments, therapy, and funded supports can be long.
Instead of waiting passively, we work on preparation, documentation, pattern awareness, meeting readiness, and clear next steps.
You can prepare strategically — even while you wait.
I am a parent of a child with ASD, anxiety, and panic. I understand firsthand how layered and complex this journey can become, emotionally and systemically.
I know what it feels like to sit in meetings unsure of what to ask.
I know what it feels like when anxiety shifts the dynamic in your home.
I know how exhausting it is to carry both the emotional and practical load.
Alongside lived experience with my own child, I also have a background in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), which has informed my understanding of behavioural patterns and response strategies.
My role is not to diagnose or treat. It is to help you think clearly, prepare effectively, and advocate confidently.
I support families across Ontario navigating school systems, anxiety patterns, and waitlist-related overwhelm.

Currently, I provide preparation and strategy support for parents.
